We can provide your business or school with a fix price support contact. The average price of a support engineer is £40k pa, we can provide you with an engineer for a fraction of that cost for  a minimum of 3 Hours Support per week. We will attend each week for a minimum period of three hours, or respond to a call-out within 8 working hours.

Call priorities will be assessed on the impact of the various incidents on the work of the business, and will follow the general style outlined below:

Service Response Times

All response times will include the time taken by the Help Desk to process the call.

DubITSolutions staff will use their best endeavors to ensure that our clients experience the minimum loss of time in the event of system failure or other difficulty. However, where demand exceeds the capacity of the service, the IT Services Manager will prioritise levels of urgency for the benefit of the service as a whole.

London IT Support Costs

We offer simple Maintenance Per Month Block Agreements. If these do not work for you then we will be happy to discuss further. These are blocks of discounted hours to provide clients with ongoing London IT support, as they require it. Clients can use their Maintenance Block Agreements to address any IT issues they have e.g. troubleshooting, analysis, or implementation. This ensures clients are not sold services or products they do not need or will not use.

The pricing schedule below shows blocks for 5, 10, 20 and 30­ hours, all prices are + vat.

Our standard one­off hourly rate is £55.00 + vat 8 hr response and our standard one ­off hourly rate for 4 hour response is £85.00 + vat.

A fixed fee of £145 per PC is available for repairs.
